Last year the Olympic and Paralympic Games were meant to take place in Tokyo - but they were postponed by a year due to Covid 19.
The Japanese Prime Minister says the games will go ahead this summer despite a rise in Covid cases and he believes they will be 'safe and secure.'
But what about our Cornish athletes training for the games? What has this delay meant for them?
David Wetherill from Torpoint will be competing for Team GB in table tennis at the Paralympics.
