
Ronnie O'Sullivan: How food keeps me 'in a good place'
Six-time world snooker champion Ronnie O'Sullivan has revealed why he turned to nutritionist Rhiannon Lambert to help improve his mental health, as well as his performance on the snooker table.
Speaking on 5 Live Drive, he said: "Why let a bad day continue being a bad day?
"It's making that shift from not such a great place, to a good place. How do you do that?"
The snooker player recommended that eating the right foods, working on your mind and by "acting your way out of it" via going for a walk, a run or ringing a friend, are all good options.
The snooker player explained what works for him, when it comes to improving his own wellbeing.
