"I look at social media and I want to be like every woman I see on there." Louise Redknapp told 5 Live's Nihal Arthanayake about the pressure on women to be perfect and how it’s amplified by social media.

Having over 700k followers on Instagram Louise, said she knows people will look at her profile and think she has it all but they don't see all the effort that goes into getting the 'perfect' picture and that she looks at other people's posts in the exact same way.

Louise has written about the unfair pressure she feels as a woman in her book ‘You’ve Got This’.

She explained there's a constant struggle being in the public eye adding, whenever she feels like she's in a good place, something negative about her is written and she feels like she has to fight again.
