Actor John Simm has told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio 5 Live that there could be more of Life on Mars.

Speaking to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ 5 Live's Nihal Arthanayake, he said the writers of the series have an idea to bring Sam Tyler and Gene Hunt back.

"We're chatting about it, it's really early days, there's no script or anything but we've said we like the idea so now it's up to them to go off and get someone to make it."
