'It will be of interest in the years to come...' - the story of John Morris' gardening journals
They were discovered inside an old house, and taken away in wheelbarrows for safe keeping.
And now, the gardening diaries of one Cornishman who lived more than 100 years ago are being spoken about publicly for the first time, thanks to the efforts of one local environmental group.
Carol Miller, Kath Maguire and Jo Poland are all part of HEPE, and are responsible for bringing John Morris' works to light.
They've been explaining more to our weekend presenter Jack Murley.
