Former Cornish Pirates player Phil Burgess has retired from the game.
Phil scored 28 tries for the Pirates, including a memorable one against Bristol in a play off semi-final.
He's also an Olympic medallist. In 2016, he won silver with the England Rugby Sevens team.
Phil has been speaking to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Cornwall's Sport Producer Ross Ellis.
