What is a 'vaccine library’?
ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio 5 Live has visited some laboratories in Darlington who are preparing to develop mRNA vaccines specifically designed to protect against new variants of Covid-19.
These vaccines will be 'banked' into a ​‘vaccine library’, ready to manufacture and scale-up for mass production when needed.
Juliana Haggerty from CPI explained the project to 5 Live Drive's Anna Foster and showed her around.
