At least five die in Chad protests

Security forces in Chad clashed with dozens of protesters angered by last week's military takeover.

Protests have erupted in Chad demanding the dissolution of the Transitional Military Council headed by the new leader General Mahamat Idriss Déby. At least five people were killed as demonstrators clashed with security forces.
