This week we celebrate volunteering and those across Suffolk who are helping young people by giving their time on projects and supporting organisations. As part of the 蜜芽传媒鈥檚 Make A Difference Happy Heads campaign which highlights the impact of the pandemic on children鈥檚 mental health, we are shining a light on local projects that support young people and capturing the kindness shown by communities across the country who have helped and supported each other during the pandemic. There鈥檚 no doubt that the impact on children has been significant and one of the ways that you can help is by volunteering for an organisation that supports children and young people鈥檚 mental health and well-being.
