Lavi Mounga gave birth prematurely on a US flight from Utah to Hawaii. Luckily for her, three specialist neonatal nurses and a doctor were fellow passengers. Dale Glenn was the doctor, but first, one of the nurses, Lani Bamfield, takes up the tale. .
