School abuse: Concerns over impartiality of Ofsted review

Concerns have been raised about the impartiality of an Ofsted review into allegations of sex abuse in schools.

The government ordered the review after thousands of anonymous claims of alleged abuse in schools were posted on the Everyone's Invited website.Ìý

But the head of the largest teaching union, The National Education, says education watchdog Ofsted is unable to conduct an impartial review.

The Department for Education insists Ofsted will ensure a wide range of expertise informs their work.
