Mawgan's Sandra Woodgate looks back on her amazing swimming career
There are still questions about whether this year's Olympics will actually happen in Tokyo, as the pandemic continues to affect day-to-day life in Japan.
If they do, it'll be the first time the city has hosted the Games since 1964 - and someone who remembers those Olympics very well is Mawgan's Sandra Woodgate.
She actually swam for Britain at the Games, as part of a career that also included a bronze medal from the Commonwealth Games, and setting a new world record!
Sandra has lived and worked in Cornwall for the best part of fifty years - and even though her swimming days were some sixty years ago, she's still got plenty of amazing stories to tell!
Our weekend presenter Jack Murley has been to see Sandra to take a remarkable trip down a sporting memory lane.
