Former England goalkeeper David James has told 5 Live Breakfast how England players can best prepare if their tie against Germany goes to penalties.

Speaking to Nicky Campbell, the former England keeper said 鈥渃ertain players have idiosyncrasies they can鈥檛 avoid" and 鈥渢echnology changes the way a goalkeeper prepares鈥�.

鈥淲ith the quality of technology now, you can almost go into the micro movements of how a player is going to take a penalty, so the goalkeepers can be prepared," he said.
