‘I didn't expect such a brazen disregard of my privacy’

Last week the government voted down proposals to make it illegal to film or photograph someone breastfeeding without their consent. Some MPs wanted to include it in an amendment to the Voyeurism Act - more commonly known as the Up-skirting Act.

In April this year, Julia Cooper found a man taking photographs of her as she breastfed her baby in the park whilst walking with friends. She told Chloe Tilley why she is still campaigning to make it illegal.
