'Criminal elements hellbent on making South Africa a dystunctional state'
Thousands of troops in South Africa are being deployed to prevent another outbreak of violence and looting. In the past few days, hundreds of businesses have been ransacked.
Khumbudzo Ntshavheni is the acting minister in the South African presidency. She told Newshour's James Menendez who she thinks is behind the violence in the country.
