Afghan journalist: I fear the worst for my country and my people
As violence continues, young professionals, part of a generation that came of age and prospered in the new Afghanistan under the shield of the U.S. military, are weighing the danger of advancing Taliban forces. Many of them, who a few months ago hadn’t dreamed of leaving, are now saying that staying put is no longer an option. Some have already left. One of them is the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Zuhal Ahad. Recently she said that leaving Afghanistan was not an option. But now she's has moved to the United Arab Emirates. Weekend's Julian Worricker asked her why.
