Building fire safety crisis: ‘I’ve lost everything I’ve ever owned’

The 2017 Grenfell Tower fire was one of the worst tragedies of modern British history.

But since then, across the country, there have been other fires in other blocks of flats which have received less attention.

Many of which were built far more recently and, the occupants would have thought, with the best and latest fire safety standards.

They too were let down by a failed regulatory regime.
