Tony Hawk on skateboarding at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics
Skateboarding will make its debut at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. It's come a long way from its counterculture origins in the 1950s when bored surfers took to concrete waves in abandoned swimming pools on America's West Coast.
Tony Hawk, the biggest star in the history of skateboarding, told Newshour's Julian Marshall how he'd gotten into the sport all those years ago and what it means for it to be at the Olympics.
