From running up and down a car park in Penzance - to running out for Team GB.

It's been a incredible journey for rugby sevens' player Deborah Fleming.

Deborah was born in Gulval and used to compete in athletics.

But a talent scheme picked up on her potential for rugby and she's never looked back.

Deborah will be competing for Team GB in Tokyo.
