Some had anxious waits to find out if their partners could be with them during labour, leaving dads-to-be at the hospital doors to be induced. Others chose c-sections so they could plan what would happen.

In the first few hours after welcoming their little ones to the world, most of our lockdown mums were left alone for the first time with a baby.
