"I had tears in my eyes, seeing people come out of their shell" - we find out about the work being done by Youth Art Connect

Ask any artist, and they'll tell you that being able to express themselves is one of the main reasons they paint, or write, or draw.

And for young people who may be dealing with mental health challenges, being able to get creative is an important way to escape from some of the difficulties of day-to-day life.

It's why an organisation named Youth Art Connect has been running special art sessions in Newquay - and last weekend, they held one on Mount Wise to round off July.

Our weekend presenter Jack Murley has been speaking to Graeme Cullis and Marie Ralph - two of the people who make it happen.
