Paralympics: Key to Sarah Storey's success

"I've always tried to make sure I left no stone unturned in my preparations."

Dame Sarah Storey shares the keys to her success after winning 16th gold medal.

Dame Sarah is a former Paralympic swimmer having won five gold medals from 1992 - 2004 switching to cycling in 2005.

"I've always worked on making sure I beat my own personal best performances," Dame Sarah told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ 5 Live's Nihal Arthanayake.

She now has the chance to win her 17th medal this Thursday (2nd September) beating her current joint medal holder Mike Kenny.
