Whether you know her as Edwina from Ab Fab, Caroline from Jam and Jerusalem or one half of the eponymous French and Saunders, Jennifer Saunders has been breaking ground with comedy about women’s lives for decades. Now she’s back in a new incarnation as Madame Arcati in Blithe Spirit in the West End.
She joined Emma Barnett to discuss her role, the menopause and whether a new sitcom is on the cards for her and Dawn French.
