
Message about ADHD made me feel ‘so good’
Reality star Tanya Bardsley welled up as she read out loud a message she received in response to sharing her ADHD diagnosis.
The Real Housewives of Cheshire star was taking part in ѿý Radio 5 Live’s Read Out Loud challenge.
The station is asking people to read out loud some words which really matter to them.
Tanya says she was nervous about telling people she had ADHD because she thought they might treat her differently.
But then she got a “lovely message” from a mum who was also being tested for ADHD and who said Tanya’s story had made her feel she could still achieve.
Tanya said reading out the message made her feel “so good”.
