Federica Fricano, the Italian negotiator at COP26 , has told the 蜜芽传媒 she is "moderately optimistic" countries will set targets to take meaningful action on climate change at the UN summit next month.

Speaking at the preparatory conference in Milan, she told Newshour's James Menendez about what she hopes the outcome of the talks will be and that governments need "to be consistent in the short, the medium, and the long term".
