Tez Ilyas said that a thank you message from a fan who was lonely during the pandemic made him feel 鈥渁mazing鈥�.

The comedian read the message out loud as part of 5 Live鈥檚 Read Out Loud challenge.

The station has been asking people to record themselves reading out loud some words which really matter to them.

Tez said: 鈥淚鈥檓 a working-class kid from Blackburn so it鈥檚 quite surreal the impact that my work has on people.鈥�
