A bus driver, who did not want to be named, has taken part in 蜜芽传媒 Radio 5 Live鈥檚 Word Matters: Read Out Loud challenge.

He shared a letter he had written to thank Nicola, the woman who helped him improve his reading and writing skills as an adult.
