The Vietnamese Americans helping Afghans left behind
A group of Vietnamese Americans are raising money to help Afghan people be sponsored to come to the US under a system called humanitarian parole - the legal process that Afghans left behind can use to try to be evacuated and to resettle in the US.
Thanh Tan, co-founder of the charity, explains how her own parents fled Vietnam after the Fall of Saigon in 1975, and how the fall of Kabul has brought back memories for many members of the Vietnamese community - memories of what it felt like to be "allied with the US military forces and then suddenly left behind".
She says they are fundraising to help pay the cost for application of parole for Afghans who feel in danger and who have not yet managed to escape.
