‘I was more nervous to do that than perform at Glastonbury’
Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl told 5 Live’s Nihal Arthanayake his most nerve-wracking moment on stage was performing ‘Blackbird’ at his daughter’s school.
“I was more nervous to do that than perform at Glastonbury,” he said.
The former Nirvana drummer also spoke about his drumming hero, Led Zeppelin’s John ‘Bonzo’ Bonham.
“Honestly, when I hear him playing, it does this weird thing to my brain...it almost makes my brain stutter or hiccup,” he said.
