Princess Haya: Dubai ruler ordered ex-wife's phone to be hacked
The High Court in London, UK, has found that the ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed Al Maktoum, interfered with British justice by ordering the hacking of the phone of his ex-wife, Princess Haya of Jordan. The hack was carried out using NSO's Pegasus software, often referred to as "spyware", which gives the hacker complete access to all the data they want to see in their target's phone. Sheikh Mohammed denied any knowledge of the hacking.
ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ correspondent Frank Gardener explains the implications of the finding and whether he believes this will affect Sheikh Mohammed's standing in Dubai.
