21st Century Caveman: 'letting go of the modern world'

Will Lord grew up on the English Heritage site of Grime's Graves, a flint mine in Norfolk that originated from the Stone Age.

It was there where he learned all the primitive survival skills needed to thrive in the Bronze Age of the Cavemen.

Will now shares his Stone Age secrets with the public through online tutorials and courses on subjects such as, making Neolithic tools, shooting arrows and making clothes.

Speaking from a cave in Suffolk, He told 5 Live Drive's Tony Livesey that "it’s been beautiful to see people let go of what they're hanging onto in the modern world".
