Best known as TV lawyer Lucca Quinn in The Good Wife and follow-up The Good Fight, Cush Jumbo is currently playing Hamlet at the Young Vic in London, the first woman of colour to play the part in a major production.

She caught up with Emma Barnett the morning after performing in the sell-out play, which was delayed for a year by the pandemic.

Cush shared her take on the juggle parents face when trying to balance work and home life, and spoke of the joy of knowing her own capacity and owning her decision to stop at one child.
