From Bruno to Benn, Adams to Eubank, the UK is home to some of the greatest fighters the world has ever known.
And right here in Cornwall, we have a thriving amateur scene - with hundreds of boxers training at clubs across the county, each and every week.
Jack Murley has been to Saltash Boxing Club to catch up with two of the people who make it such a special place.
Micky Northfield founded the club, and John McKinty helps to coach there - and as you're about to hear, they both have fascinating stories to tell.
