Fashion campaigner Venetia La Manna says people can help avoid clothing waste by being inventive with their own wardrobe.

Speaking to 5 Live鈥檚 Ayshah Tull, Venetia said there is a 鈥渟ense of freedom鈥� that comes with moving away from the various fashion trends and that 鈥渟low fashion can be fun鈥�.

She said simple things such as 鈥渟hopping your own wardrobe鈥� and turning old socks into cleaning cloths can be a great way to avoid textile waste going to landfill.
