Leading climate scientist's verdict on COP26 deal
The Glasgow Climate Pact is the first ever climate deal to explicitly plan to reduce coal, the worst fossil fuel for greenhouse gases. However current pledges, if fulfilled, will only limit global warming to about 2.4C, not 1.5C, the figure scientists say would limit the severe effects of climate change.
Katharine Hayhoe is one of the world's leading atmospheric scientists and chief scientist for The Nature Conservancy, she was in Glasgow for the talks, so what's her view of the outcome?
