
Africa trade relations with China, European Union
The European Union has launched a $340bn global investment plan, and Africa is expected to be a major focus of the scheme. We speak to Faten Aggad, an expert on Africa-Europe relations, on whether this strategy is sufficient to counter China's belt and road initiative and influence in Africa.
