On Lawrence Pollard's last day of presenting Newsday on the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ World Service network, presenters past and present have been paying tribute to the "walking, living encyclopaedia" who has been waking up early since the first morning the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s biggest breakfast radio show was launched in 2012.
