'I don't think we're heading for another lockdown'
Boris Johnson has stepped back from tightening Covid rules in England before Christmas, but said he "rules nothing out".
The Prime Minister said data on the Omicron variant was being reviewed "hour by hour" and that "the arguments either way are finely balanced."
