Her son has been in special care because of his low birthweight, so Laura and baby Sylvie have been unable to visit him since her isolation period began.

Laura was speaking to 5 Live鈥檚 Adrian Chiles after the government announced people infected with Covid in England can stop self-isolating up to three days early, if they provide negative lateral flow results on days six and seven.

Laura said she is 鈥渄esperate to see my little boy鈥� but I don鈥檛 want to put any of the other kids in danger鈥�.
