Philippines typhoon: Governor of area hit on 'heartbreaking' damage
The full extent of the devastation caused by Typhoon Rai in the Philippines is now becoming clear.
At least 375 people are known to have died in the storm, but the numbers keep going up as rescuers reach towns and villages that have been completely cut off since last week. Many of those places have been flattened, leaving thousands of people without shelter and basic provisions.
The governor of Bohol province, Arthur Yap, told Newshour's James Menendez how he felt about the damage he's seen.
