Ghislaine Maxwell accusers: ‘We hope she never walks free again’
The British socialite, Ghislaine Maxwell, has been convicted of trafficking under-age girls for sexual abuse by the late US financier, Jeffrey Epstein.
A jury in New York found the 60-year-old guilty on five out of six charges connected with facilitating the abuse. She is appealing the verdict.
Lisa Bloom, a lawyer who represents a number of Maxwell's and Epstein's accusers, said: “She enticed and recruited these girls. She had them over for tea. She taught them how to do the massages. Massages that ended in sexual abuse”.
