Since the Covid-19 pandemic began, many popular digital content platforms have adopted 鈥渕isinformation鈥� policies to limit users from sharing inaccurate or misleading information. So how about the Swedish platform Spotify?

Singer-songwriter Neil Young has asked the Sweden-based streaming platform to withdraw his work for keeping podcasts such as the Joe Rogan Experience which he says is a harm to public health. J Clara Chan from the Hollywood Reporter told Newsday why Neil Young took the action:

鈥淲ell, two words: Joe Rogan. He鈥檚 not happy with the covid misinformation that was spreading on Joe Rogan鈥檚 podcast.鈥�

鈥淭his isn鈥檛 the first time someone has pulled their music. But this is the first time Spotify has responded. 鈥�
