
Lesia Vasylenko: 'I cut off all my nails to be able to use the guns I have'
Ukrainian MP Lesia Vasylenko is sheltering in a basement in Ukraine along with her family.
She told Jessica Creighton on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio 4's Woman's Hour how she has been trained in the past few days to use an assault rifle and other weapons to defend herself and her country.
Lesia revealed that it was her father-in-law who taught her how to use two weapons and she says that if the time comes where she has to pull the trigger, she will.
