Campaigner 鈥楳r Pothole鈥� has offered advice to Rod Stewart, who posted a video on Instagram showing him fixing a pothole himself.

The singer said he was unable to drive his Ferrari on the road, but a council in Essex has urged people not to take matters into their own hands.

Mark Morrell, aka Mr Pothole, told Radio 5 Live鈥檚 Rick Edwards and Rachel Burden that 鈥渘o one wants to make the situation worse.鈥�
