After 2 years in the planning, Canley Prom Bank finally opens to the public today, so teenagers can hire a prom dress.
High school proms are big business these days, with teenagers spending as much as 拢600 on their dress alone, to say nothing of the tickets, transport, accessories, hair and makeup.
That's totally unaffordable for many families, and that's why Anna-Marie Corbett who runs Canley Community Centre decided to do something about it.
