Scottish Family Party leader
The leader of the Scottish Family Party has said candidates are "free to mould their priorities to local needs rather than being bound to a national manifesto" as he launched his party's council election manifesto.
Richard Lucas said education is high on the party's priorities and has called for changes to the way sex education is presented in schools.
The party has said it is pro-family, pro-marriage and pro-life.
