People in occupied Kherson 'won't accept rouble'
The Russians seized control of the southern Ukrainian city of Kherson early in the war. And the occupiers have said that they are introducing the rouble as the currency there, replacing Ukraine's hryvnia. Yuliia was a student at Kherson State University. She left the city with her mother in late April. Before that she lived under occupation. She describes the repression and says the people of Kherson will not accept the rouble.
