Many will still need it for the shopping or getting to those places the trains and buses can't take you.

Warrington has now launched it's new Car Club, co-managed by the local council and Co Wheels.

They use two entirely electric cars, so we sent 蜜芽传媒 Radio Merseyside's Phil Munns to find out more and go for a spin.
