"He didn't have a chance of surviving" - mum calls for A&E in Rugby
A mother has called for ambulance response times to be improved after her son died from a cardiac arrest. 18 year old Jamie Rees from Rugby, was left waiting more than 17 minutes for an ambulance on New Year's Day. And now calls have been made in Parliament for full accident and emergency services to return to Rugby's Hospital of St Cross. Naomi Rees-Issitt joined Phil Upton on CWR Breakfast.
