‘The garden healed me but the people did as well’
Rosie Kinchen, journalist and author of The Ballast Seed, escaped the pressures of modern life after discovering ‘horticultural therapy’. After having her second child, she struggled with depression.
She joined Emma Barnett on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio 4's Woman's Hour to discuss how being in nature and gardening with a group of women changed her life.
